Do you post items out?
We can usually post items out, but as we are a rescue, we can be swamped caring for all the piggies. This can mean your product doesn’t arrive as quickly as you might hope. We aim to get orders processed within a couple of days, but please advise us if it’s urgent and we will try to prioritise dispatch.
Neville’s Nest are proud to offer delivery of our shop products to UK mainland addresses from £2.99 even for larger items*!
While our webshop calculates your shipping, we are able to quote postage for a custom order. If you would like a postage quotation or have any enquiry about our products: please send an email to ku.gr1708979906o.tse1708979906nsell1708979906iven@1708979906maet1708979906 with the product(s) that you would like to purchase and your postcode. We can then work out a quote for you.
For smaller items, we may send these through standard Royal Mail letter post.
Please note that for larger items we may use a standard courier, often Collect+. If you would prefer an alternative carrier, please contact us and we can advise costs for this. We are able to ship items with Royal Mail, DX, DHL, ParcelForce and DPD.
What if I want to cancel my order?
First of all, please let us know as soon as possible by sending an email to ku.gr1708979906o.tse1708979906nsell1708979906iven@1708979906pohs1708979906. We will work with you to ensure you’re happy with the outcome. If you wish to continue with a full cancellation of your order for order values under £50.00 we will cancel and refund this – provided that your parcel has not already been dispatched/collected. If your total order value is over £50.00 a 10% administration/re-stocking fee will be retained by Neville’s Nest. The reason for this small fee is to cover our costs, primarily of our card processing company, and processing the necessary administration and documents.
